9 Star Media

We’re Back! It’s great to see you again.

Welcome to the new and improved 9 Star Media!

If you tried to visit us over the last couple of months, you found us missing, and I want you to hear the reason directly from me. We weren’t hacked, your data is safe, and we didn’t go out of business. What did happen, though, is that our hosting server suffered a catastrophic failure that destroyed our websites, the files behind them and our backups, all at once and without warning.

What mattered most came through untouched. Our databases, including your account, your order history and everything you have purchased, were preserved completely intact, and at no point was any of your personal information exposed.

Since then we have rebuilt 9 Star Media from the ground up: new home, new foundations, faster and more secure than before. Through every long night of that work, I kept thinking about the artists whose music and films we carry, and about you, the people who make this community what it is.

Thank you for your patience, and for coming back. It means everything.

Over the coming months you will see changes and improvements across the site, and they all have one aim: to make every visit uplifting, and to keep bringing you back for new music, films and stories that inspire.

If anything from a past purchase isn’t where it should be, please don’t worry and don’t go without it. Contact us, tell us what you’re looking for, and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can to make it right.

With heartfelt gratitude and great hope for what’s ahead,

Jon

The Divine Mystery includes eleven songs in honor of the centenary of the Ascension of 'Abdu'l-Bahá. The lyrics to ten of the songs are from the Writings of 'Abdu'l-Bahá, and the eleventh is an arrangement of the well-known poem "Hold Thou my Hand" written in His honor. Two of the pieces on the album set to music are recently translated prayers of ‘Abdu’l-Baha.

For physical copies, there is a 20 page printed booklet which contains all the lyrics and features a beautiful photograph of the Master and includes a brief introduction to His life. Professional photographs of Holy Places in Haifa and Akka associated with the life of the Master are elegantly placed throughout the booklet. The product comes packaged in a gold chiffon bag so that it can be given as a special gift, and each booklet includes a unique download code to be used to download all the music. I hope that this booklet-album will be given as a gift to friends, family, colleagues and neighbors to celebrate the life of 'Abdu'l-Baha.
