We have removed all DRM from our media files and made them available in the most common formats used: MP3 (for audio) and Mpeg (for video). By clicking 'Agree', you confirm that you will not sell, distribute, copy for friends, families, neighbors, bus drivers, etc. any of the files you purchase through this site.
Download sales are final. Replacement of media files is available when the media you downloaded is corrupted... most of the time any corruption you experience on a file is caused by glitch in the downloading process. We offer 3 opportunities to download the media files you have purchased to account for challenges experienced with downloading.
Physical product sales can only be exchanged for the same product if your shipment arrives damaged. In those rare situations please send us an email with details and we will work to get your situation resolved immediately.
