Hello
These terms are the agreement between you and 9 Star Media, a DBA of Next Movement Media, Inc. (Westerville, Ohio, USA), when you use 9starmedia.com or buy from us. We've kept them as short and plain as we can. By using the site, you're agreeing to them.
Your account
You need to be 16 or older to open an account. If you're younger, ask a parent or guardian to buy for you. Keep your password to yourself, and please give us accurate details. You're responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
Buying from us
- Prices are in US dollars. Buyers in Ohio pay Ohio sales tax, which we add at checkout.
- Payment is through PayPal, and your order is confirmed once PayPal tells us the payment went through.
- At checkout you confirm that you want your downloads right away. Once a download has started, the order can't be cancelled, though faulty files are always covered.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, or an order looks fraudulent, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
Your downloads
We've removed all DRM from our files and offer them in the most common formats: MP3 for music and audiobooks, MP4 for video, and full albums as ZIP files. They're ready as soon as your payment goes through, and you can download them again any time from My Account.
What you can do with them
Buying a download gives you a personal licence to enjoy it on your phone, your computer, in the car, at home: wherever you listen or watch. Make all the backup copies you like for yourself.
What we ask: please don't sell, share, upload or broadcast copies, or hand them on to friends, family, neighbors or your bus driver. The artists keep all the rights to their work, and every sale helps them make more of it.

Gift certificates
Gift certificates can be spent on anything in the store, and they don't expire. They can't be exchanged for cash, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Reviews and anything you share
We love hearing what you think. Please keep reviews honest and kind. By posting one, you let us show it on our site, and we may remove anything abusive, misleading or off-topic.
Artists
If you work with us through our artist portal, the agreements we make there apply too. Your music stays yours. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to share it with us.
Our site
The music, films, artwork and words on 9starmedia.com belong to our artists or to us, so please ask before using them. We work hard to keep the store running smoothly, but we can't promise it will never go down or never contain a mistake.
If something goes wrong
As far as the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA. If you live somewhere else, you keep any extra protection your local consumer law gives you.
