This double CD soundtrack features the music composed, arranged and selected by Randy Armstrong for the four-part PBS series, "Dinner on the Diner," produced by British filmmaker Jon Guilbert. This series is about four famous train routes in South Africa, Spain, Scotland and Malaysia/Thailand.

The acclaimed PBS television series Dinner on the Diner chronicles the travels of celebrity chefs as they work their culinary magic aboard the dining cars of the world's most elegant trains.

Matin Yan, host of Yan Can Cook, explores Southeast Asia. Graham Kerr, the former "Galloping Gourmet," discovers the Scottish Highlands. Mary Ann Esposito, of Ciao Italia, tours Southern Spain. Dorinda Hafner, host of PBS' United Tastes of American, travels South Africa.

The soundtrack to adventures features world music composed, produced, performed, and selected by Randy Armstrong, multi-instrumentalist and cofounder of Do'a World Music Ensemble.
