Vanda Mary Khadem

Vanda Mary Khadem is a lawyer by profession and an activist for children with disabilities. Vanda was instrumental in the creation of a music education program for musicians with autism at the prestigious Boston Conservatory. Although she has not received formal music training and can neither read nor write music, Vanda has been composing since childhood. Her latest collection in "Zuhur" is inspired by the lives of the heroines and heros of her beloved Faith, from the East and from the West, who are both known and unknown to us. Vanda's hope is through her music to honor those who have sacrificed everything for us all and to inspire us to remember them.
